Tyler Mirtle

Professional Assistant

Tyler graduated from the University of Pretoria with her LLB (Law) degree in 2018.

She started her articles of clerkship in January 2019 and ceded her articles of clerkship to Whalley & Van Der Lith Incorporated in November 2019.

She has a keen interest in general litigation, insurance law, and thoroughly enjoys attending the District and Regional Magistrate’s court to appear and move applications on behalf of her principle, Roland Bottin.

Tyler was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 24th of May 2021 and has since taken the position of professional assistant at the firm.

Tyler brings a lot of energy into the office, and is currently expanding her knowledge of insurance litigation, general litigation, and motor vehicle collisions as a candidate legal practitioner.
