Roland Bottin

Director

Roland attended the University of Johannesburg, where he initially attained a B Comm (Law) degree and thereafter an LLB degree in 2011. 

He completed his articles at Whalley & Van Der Lith Incorporated, where he worked as a Professional Assistant for two years before being promoted to Associate.  On 1 March 2015, Roland was appointed as a director of Whalley & Van Der Lith Incorporated.

He is a general practitioner with a special interest in medical malpractice, insurance litigation and contractual law.

Roland has vast experience in MVA matters and attends to most Regional Court trials himself and represents clients in High Court.
