Barry Van Der Lith

Director

Barry graduated from University of the North West in 2000 with B Comm (Law) and LLB degrees.  After completing his articles of clerkship in 2003, he was appointed as a professional assistant.

Shortly thereafter, Barry was promoted to an associate and practiced as such until he founded the partnership, Whalley Van Der Lith Incorporated, with co-founder Sandra Whalley.

Barry has, over the course of seventeen years, gained expertise in insurance, liability, medical malpractice, company law, insolvency, liquidations and sequestrations. He is also extremely well versed in labour law matters.

He furthermore heads the team of professionals at Whalley & Van Der Lith Incorporated, devoting his time to medical malpractice and insurance law.
