Anele Dlamini

Associate

Anele Dlamini obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015. 

He started his Articles of Clerkship in Rosebank wherein he mainly dealt with corporate commercial work.

He however moved to Pretoria in 2016 and was given an opportunity in 2017 to restart his Articles of Clerkship instead of ceding them. 

Anele was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on 3 March 2020 and was retained at his previous firm as a Professional Assistant following his admission.

In pursuit of a new challenge, Anele Joined Whalley & Van Der Lith Incorporated Attorneys on 1 July 2022 as a Professional Assistant.  He was promoted to the position of an Associate in May 2024.

Anele has experience in General Litigation, Labour Law, Criminal Law, Third party claims, Insurance law as well as Medical malpractice, while maintaining a keen interest in Corporate Commercial law drafting.
